No-oven Bread

Ingredients
- 300g flour
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp yeast
- 120ml milk
- 120ml water
- 1 tbsp oil
Cooking
Mix powders, then add liquids.
Stir into dough, knead into ball, leave for 1 hour.
Punch down a bit, cut into 6 balls, leave for 15 minutes.
Put a ball in the pan and press down with an oiled ladle or something while moving in a circular motion to get it to spread out flattish.
Dry fry on low heat until puffed up a bit, flip, repeat.
