No-oven Pizza

Ingredients
- 300g flour
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp yeast
- 120ml milk
- 120ml water
- 1 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp oregano
- Some kind of tomato pizza sauce
- Mozzarella
- Other toppings you want
Cooking
Make this bread, but with the oregano in the powder mix.
When you get to the dry-frying step, 30-60 seconds after flipping (just enough to take the stickiness off) remove from pan, add toppings to the more cooked side.
Return to the pan, cover, wait until cheese melts. Something like 5 mins extra low, 1 minute low.
