Plăcintă cu Brânză

Ingredients
Dough
- 6 g dry yeast
- 350 ml lukewarm water
- 450 g bread flour
- 9 g salt
Filling
- 200 g mozzarella, coarsely grated
- 225 g ricotta
- 225 g feta, coarsely grated
- 13 spring onions, finely sliced
- 100 ml finely chopped dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Butter
- 70 g butter
- 60 ml finely chopped dill
- 4 cloves of garlic, grated
- salt to taste
Prep
Mix yeast and water, add flour and salt, combine with a fork, then knead until smooth
Prove for 2 hours
Mix all the filling ingredients and set aside
Mix all the butter ingredients together and set aside
Cooking
Divide the dough into 8 pieces, shape into balls, roll out flat
Add the filling to the centre of each, fold the dough over it, roll gently to seal
Dry fry in a pan for 3 minutes on each side
Brush the butter on top of the bread while hot, serve immediately.
