Kasbi Goreng

Ingredients
- 2 kg cassava
- 1.5 l chicken stock
- 10 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped
Cooking
Peel and wash the cassava
Steam for 30 minutes until soft
Coarsely chop the garlic, mix with the chicken stock
Soak the cassava in the stock for 10 minutes
Deep fry until golden brown
Serve with sambal bawang or sambal balado
