Lincolnshire Not-Sausage
I looked up what’s in a Lincolnshire sausage and it’s nice and straightforward, so I just mushed it all up with some pork mince to make a kind of simple sausagemeat lump. Really tasty, and it turns out it tastes exactly like the patty in a McDonald’s sausage and egg McMuffin.
