Sukung Goreng

Ingredients
- ½ breadfruit
- 100 g flour
- 100 ml water
- 7 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Cooking
Mix everything except the breadfruit and flour in a big bowl.
Wash sap off the breadfruit.
Peel, wash, chop into big chunks.
Marinate in the mix for 15 minutes.
Add flour to marinade, leave for 5 minutes.
Deep fry for ~3 minutes.
